The IMNGA Summit allows us to take time out of daily practice in order to reflect and share best practice happening around the country involving our international healthcare graduates practicing on a daily basis within the UK healthcare system. The IMNGA Awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of International medical graduates, overseas nurses, international allied healthcare professionals and allies from across the health and care fields in making significant improvements in career development support for these cohort of staff. We are recognising exceptional initiatives and leadership, and the improvement of services, or access to services for international healthcare graduates.
